Ø There will be no school on Friday, May2, 2008. Terra Nova conferences will be held that day. If you have not made an appointment, please contact your child’s teacher.

Ø AT THIS TIME, ALL TUITION PAYMENTS SHOULD BE COMPLETED. IF YOUR CHILD IS IN KINDERGARTEN OR GRADE 8, IF TUITION IS NOT PAID BY MAY 20, 2008, THEY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN GRADUATION ACTIVITIES. NO RECORDS WILL BE TRANSFERRED UNTIL ALL OBLIGATIONS TO THE SCHOOL HAVE BEEN MET.

Ø FIELD DAY: Field day will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2008. All students are asked to bring in a white t-shirt. The shirts will be dyed in 9 different colors for each team. Please have the shirts in no later than Monday, May 12, 2008. More information regarding Field Day will be sent home at a later date. Volunteers are needed.

Ø The “Buy One Get One” Book Fair begins on Monday, May 5, 2008.

Ø May Crowning will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008, at 1 p.m. at St. Peter’s Church. All are welcome to attend.

Ø GRADUATIONS: 8^th Grade graduation will take place on Friday, May 30, 2008, at 7 p.m. at Most Holy Name of Jesus Church. Kindergarten graduation will take place on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 9:15 a.m. in the gym.

Ø The Heart Institutes “Walk In The Park” will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2008 in West Park at 9:30 a.m. Everyone welcome.

Ø Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 11, 2008. God bless all those who care for us!

Ø Athletic Banquet will be held at Most Holy Name of Jesus School Hall on Saturday, May 17, 2008, at 6 p.m. Uniforms must be returned in order to participate in the banquet.
