- Food
Full breakfast and hot lunch are provided through the food service program of the Diocesan Purchasing Commission. Reduced and free breakfast and lunch are available to students who qualify.

- Remedial Programs
Reading, Math, Speech, and Language Instructional Support programs are provided through the Pittsburgh-Mt. Oliver Intermediate Unit. The team maintains two on-site classrooms for remedial instruction. The St. Anthony School programs, designed to meet the needs of developmentally delayed and autistic students, maintains a resource room at Cardinal Wright Regional School. Students are mainstreamed to the fullest extent possible. The resource room staff and Cardinal Wright Regional School staff work hand-in-hand to help educate our special students.
- Transportation (Walkers, Riders, Field Trips)
Most students travel to and from school by school buses provided by the school district in which they reside. A small percentage of students walk or are transported by a parent or guardian.
